We stayed at this hotel for twice during our stay in Japan, and both stays were excellent. The location of this hotel is awesome! It’s an easy 5-7 minute walk from Tokyo Station, Central Yuesa Exit, and it is also a short 8 min walk to Nihombashi Station, which we used as our primary hub for train travel. There’s a 7-11 on the corner with an international ATM, there’s a great cafe next door where you can pick up excellent coffee and sandwiches, and there’s also a large mall (Takeshimiya) which has great food amenities in addition to shopping. It’s close to a post office, Tokyo information centre, and if you are up for it, a 15-20 minute walk to Ginza for shopping (or take the train from Nihombashi is just as easy)! The amenities offered by this hotel were equally superb. We had a comfort wide twin room, with 4 twin beds, large enough for our family which included two teenage boys, and it had ensuite laundry and mini fridge. The beds were great, the room and hotel are very clean, and there’s a wonderful assortment of free light snacks and drinks offered from 1pm-10pm daily on second floor. This floor was a great spot for enjoying lunch or dinner to go. The staff were great, fluent in English which really helped us. They offered umbrellas for free, and provided skin care, cooling wipes and other simple hygiene products for use. An absolutely great experience overall, highly recommend!

Our third time staying at Karaksa Hotel Colors and we seriously love this place! The warm welcome from the staff each and every time, the rooms and location, nothing disappoints. We were fortunate this time and our room was ready before normal check in time and we were able to drop our bags in the room and head out shopping. We had connecting rooms for 5 adults and there was plenty of room for us and all our 8 suitcases. The rooms are well laid out, clean and quiet. The lovely staff looked after our bags for a couple of hours on check out day (we had a much later flight home) which allowed us to get some last minute shopping done. The hotel location is literally a 5 minute walk in a straight line from the Yaesu Central Exit at Tokyo Station. There are also two Konbini's within a minute walk (Lawson & Lawson Natural) and vending machines on the street. The lounge area on level 2 has a microwave and snacks/drink available for guests. We will definitely be back!!

The location was great! So close to tokyo station, next door to a coffee shop and a Lawson combini, walkable to several different metro stops! We booked the connected rooms for 5 people (two were children 9 and 12) and fitted comfortably with big luggage’s. Due to the two rooms, we had two sinks and two toilets which were great. The free snacks and drinks were amazing! So fun to try different sweets and crackers, donuts and a range of hot and cold drinks (including hot cocoa!). We didn’t go for the breakfast but I think it’s a western breakfast. The staff were very attentive, helped us book a taxi for 6am to carry 5people and 6large suitcases to Haneda airport. It only took 25mins to get there! Amenities were great! The slippers were much better than other cardboard slippers we’ve had. Rooms didn’t have a bath, but everything else was so good, we didn’t miss it. We got free water every day and clean towels.

2nd stay this trip after back from Kyoto. Left our large luggages and they stored it with care. Other things we like: - Not too far from major hub Tokyo station where we took Kyoto bullet train and to Yokohama, and most JR destinations. - about 3 minutes from Nombashi station for the Ginza lines - nice 2nd floor lounge to hang out, eat and wait for rides - quiet, calming part of town, a sanctuary from the Shinjuku, Shibuya -complimentary snacks and wine almost thru out the day - amazing shower -everything is new -provides umbrellas for rainy days But most of all, love the staff, caring and helpful and speaks good english. Special thanks to Sugato(Mari) she really made our stay enjoyable. Will definitely come back next time in Tokyo!! Thank you Karaksa :)

The hotel is in a great location 10 minutes walk from Tokyo station. Loved the snack area with free snacks and drinks. Staff were great and super helpful. We had our luggage transferred to another hotel to save us travelling with them, which the hotel sorted. This was a great service and worked so well. We returned to this hotel after travelling round Japan and had made use of luggage storage which was great. On our return night we were upgraded to a room for 4 which also had a washing machine. Room had kettle and pyjamas and extras like combs, toothbrushes etc. are all available at the reception.
